We guarantee that all of our products will arrive to you free of defect and in proper working order. If you receive a damaged product please contact us immediately. We are not responsible for damages incurred during shipping, however, all supplies are sent with insurance for your protection. If you believe your product to be defective contact us and we will attempt to resolve the issue. If the item is found to be truly defective we will replace that item free of charge! However, you must return the item to us which you are responsible for shipping.
All of our Captive Bread animals come with a full 5 day health guarantee! Should the unfortunate event of an animal arriving dead (DOA) or dying within the first 5 days you must save the animal and contact us immediately for further instructions. All animals are sent UPS, FedEx, or DHL Overnight Air in order to prevent any DOA’s. It is REQUIRED that someone be at the delivery site to sign for the animal; if not your warranty is voided. Please contact us to coordinate shipping; live items are only sent Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. We will use appropriate heat or cold packs when shipping; however, if temperatures are deemed too extreme we reserve the right to hold shipment or revoke our warranty if you want the animal sent against our recommendation. If an animal dies within the first 5 days after you have bought it from a show you must do the same as above. The animal will be replaced with half shipping paid or credit will be given back for the cost of that animal. You must contact us immediately so we may work this out.
At your request we will provide pictures of the exact animal that you will receive. We could try to describe the animal to you if you wish; however, a picture is worth 1,000 words. We believe it is important for you the customer to have a say in which animal you want. Often this option is not available; however, we will take the required time to ensure your happiness.
We will occasionally offer animals that are Wild Caught (WC). We will only ship animals that appear to be in overall good health but due to the nature of these animals we are only able to offer a live arrival guarantee.
We accept payment with Visa, Mastercard Discover, Pay-Pal (Chad@TikiTikiReptiles.Com), money order, or personal check (animal will not be sent until check clears the bank). Upon request animals will be held for 24 hours with no payment. Should you wish to hold an animal for up to one week, 25% of the purchase price is required (non-refundable). After one week if no other arrangements have been made you will forfeit the hold on the animal as well as your deposit money. It is strongly recommended that you keep in close contact with us during this time.
