Verrucosus

Native to the vast spiny desert and lowland areas of Madagascar, the Verrucosus chameleons are otherwise known as giant spiny chameleons. We really enjoy working with this chameleon and are excited to see our breeding projects with them grow because not many breeders put the effort into captive breeding programs for this species. Verrucosus have a variety of reds, greens, blues, white and gray colors, they also grow to be quite large and have very calm and shy personalities. With care that is very much like a Veiled chameleon a Verrucosus may be a good option for people who are looking for an easy to care for chameleon with a different look and personality than Veileds.
